    Hello,

I want to apply a negative fee on cart total value.

    Case:
    WooCommerce settings are:
Prices entered with tax: “No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax”
The standard tax rate is set at 23%

    Product A: 5.69 € + 23% = 7€ (in-store it shows 7.00€)
If I added -3€ it is working fine but
If I want to add -6€ then
    Subtotal: 7.00 € (with TAX)
    Fee: -5.69 €
    Total: 1.31 €

Thank you very much in advance for your attention and advice, I appreciate it!

    Hi,

Any help on this will be much appreciated.

    Hi there,

WooCommerce by default works with negative fees in the cart; if you have a fee that brings the total below zero it should show without issue.

Please let us know the following:

    – more description of what you are trying to accomplish

    – Can you give us the URL of a product in the site that has a negative fee?

    – If it is OK, share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I look forward to hearing back from you!

    Greetings @subratamal,

We have not heard back from you in a bit, so I will go ahead and close this thread. I do hope that you found resolution to this!

If you continue to have the current issue please reply and let us know, otherwise if you have a new issue open a new thread.

    Cheers!
