Apply gift card after oder is finished?

    Hi! Just a quick question. A customer forgot to apply her gift card before ordering. Is there a way for me to apply the gift card manually to her order in the dashboard so the gift card number is associated with her order? Thanks!

    Hello, currently there isn’t a way to attach a gift card to an order after it was placed. This is something we are planning to add in a future release.

    In the meantime you can do a Refund on the order for the amount of the gift card and then click on Pimwick Plugins -> PW Gift Cards -> Enter the gift card number -> Click on Adjust Balance and reduce the balance of the gift card for the appropriate amount.
