Apply Free Shipping After Coupon

Hi friends,
We have a problem after updating to last version on WooCommerce.
We noticed that you changed the way free shipping method is working when a coupon is added.
So, now free shipping is applying based on cart subtotal (even if we add a coupon and the total cart is under the minimum ammount for free shipping we have set).
How can we revert this change and work like before?
We need the free shipping method to be applyed only if the TOTAL cart price is above the minimum threshold. So if a client is adding a coupon and the TOTAL cart price is going under minimum threshold, flat rate should applyed, tot free shipping.
