Apply for Job Button does not bring up url

    When I upgrade to WP Job Manager version 1.23.9 from 1.20.1 the “Apply for Job” button does not work. When you click on this button it does not bring up the box with the url. When I switch back to version 1.20.1 the Apply for Job button works fine.

    I have restored it back to the earlier version so that it would work for users.
