Apply Fields Settings Saved, Fields Don’t Show Up When Hitting Apply Now

    Hello.

    Thank you for making a great product. I just have one issue, I am unable to get the fields to show up properly when a user clicks “Apply Now” button. I have made the settings properly in the Jobs for WordPress “Apply Form” area.

    Please advise.
