Apply Discount Button Not Showing UP

HI,
I’m creating the website so it’s not visible yet.
I have a big problem trying to shows the button to apply the points.

Basically if I switch on the default reedem box, the button is visible but without text inside. (Plus everything is out of line but I managed to fix it with CSS)

If switch on the custom one is perfect visually but the button is not showing up and I can’t apply the points .
