Apply custom access settings? not working on any post or pages

This is the second time I have to post this, need some help. The apply custom access settings in the post and page are not working and I’d like to get to the root of the problem. I need my content blocked from non-members and the custom access settings isn’t working on any post or pages. I have the pages/post set to logged in user and it show to anyone who can find the post.
