Creating an order on the back end, submitting it, then seeing the button showing on the page to click “Apply Store Credits”, it does nothing. Nothing at all. I have ensured the user account on the order has a credit, but the admin order area will not do anything when I try to credit the order by pressing that button. It’s dead….

Hi @vernonwebsites thanks for the message.

Can you right click and click Inspect on the page? In the Console tab, are there any javascript errors? Any errors appear before/after clicking the Apply Store Credits button?

Just needing bit more info here to see if we can narrow it down.

The other thing you could try would be a basic debug process as described here which helps detect any conflicts with other plugins on the install.

Found the issue. It was a conflict for some reason with the plugin “Really Simple SSL”… I disabled it and the button started to work.

The Really Simple SSL plugin is EXTREMELY popular with over 5 million installs. Perhaps you should look into making your plugin compatible with it so that button works while the RSSSL plugin is installed. This is pretty much a bug in the Advanced Coupons coding.

For now, I have removed the RSSSL plugin. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. That was great. ??
