    Hi,

    Can someone please elaborate on the apply coupon automatically function?
    Especially this part: “only 5 coupons will be applied automatically, rest will be ignored.”

    Does it mean 5 different coupons? if I already use for previous coupon that is already expired, do I need to remove the apply coupon automatically checkbox in order to free up the apply automatically coupon slots?

    Not sure if above related to my issue:
    I used this function and I set the coupon start date which should start at 12am right? Some customers didn’t get the coupon automatically applied to their cart after midnight. Instead, the automatically applied coupon is valid starting from 8:30am and above. This screws customers that bought products after midnight.

    Plus I’ve checked, my website time is already set to local time.

    So I’ve test it again and apparently it’s a problem with this plugin start date time.

    Example:
    Coupon start date set on 1 sept.

    On 1 sept 12.00AM the coupon is not valid.

    On 1 sept 8.00AM the coupon is valid.

    So if I want to set the coupon valid at midnight, I would have to publish the coupon manually.

    Is there a way to change the coupon start date time?

    Thanks for waiting. We are extremely sorry for the delay in response while we are working on it.

    Regarding your first query, we have fixed the issue on our latest release (v1.3.4). Kindly update the plugin to the latest version and check. If you want to apply more than 5 coupons, you can control the coupon count by using the filter wt_smartcoupon_max_auto_coupons_limit. Try this out and let us know how it goes.

    Regarding the coupon start and end time, we were not able to replicate the issue on our end. Presently we use UTC time for the coupons. We suggest you check the server time too to fix the issue. If the issue persists, kindly share your WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce>status>Get system status report) via this link for a better understanding.
