Apply Button only visible while hovering on it

    Hello all,

    love this plugin, think if our business raises and we will like this plugin, we will buy it.

    In free-version its not possible to change the color of the apply button or anything else in this form. We are fine with this, but this apply button is white on white. you only can see it in green, when you hover above it.

    any ideas?
