Apply as a Coupon functionality is not working

    Hi, First of all, let me thank you for such a great plugin.

    I am having this issue with my website, I have created a coupon and checked the apply as a cashback box, and filled the coupon details.

    Now the problem is coupon get applied during the checkout period but there is no cashback after the user checkout.

    Please help and suggest me what can be done in this case.

    Please check the order status. Coupon cashback amount will be credited after order status processing or complete.

    I have cross-checked order status of all orders, all of them are in the completed state.

    Hi @snehal13,

    We have checked this issue from our end and unfortunately can’t find any issue with coupon cashback. You can check that at our demo site https://demo.woowallet.in/my-account. There could be any plugin or theme conflict so I suggest you deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and WooWallet and check if working fine the reactivate those plugin one by one and try to find out which plugin conflict with WooWallet plugin and let us know.
