Applied page templates don’t show up

Greetings! Thank you for this plug in, it’s very helpful. I’ve successfully installed it and am able to use the features in the “customize” section, however, the page templates don’t seem to work for me. My primary objective when downloading the plug in was to remove the sidebar on select pages. Any assistance appreciated.
