Applications only via admin

Yes, you can disable employer area in configurations.
Admin > JS Jobs > Configurations > Employer

Employer/admin can mark resume to shortlist/rejected. Also write comments on applied resume(available in pro version).

Looks like I can only disable the employer area, what I need is to add resume in the admin. I need applicants to be only sent to employers via the admin area. I also have ‘add new job’ button for employers but can’t find anywhere to link that to the relevant shortcode page.

Admin can not add new resume. Only job seeker (candidate) can add resume at front-end.

For add new job short code is jsjobs_add_job
You can also check all shortcodes list in JS Jobs admin area.
