    Hi JohnStaples

It seems that you have done some wrong customisation in templates files. Kindly re-check your customisation and find out where you have done something wrong.

Good Luck & Happy code Customisation!

    Thanks & Regards,

    Hello Tnolte,

We request you that if you have not made any customisation then kindly keep template’s files in SJB plugin’s folder only. You only need to keep files in theme’s directory when you want some customisation in templates’s files.

    Good Luck!

    Thanks & Regards,

I understand you do not help with customizations but it just seems a little strange when asked a question to say “you did something wrong” and then immediately mark the question resolved! Nothing resolved about it yet!

    Hi

When we mark it resolved, it means we have provided you support from our side. It is also a sort of intimation for our own ease that we have replied to the user on particular thread.

We request you to not focus on thread status. Kindly just pay attention that we are providing you support on our best.

    Thanks & Regards,

Telling someone they did something wrong and saying they should go fix whatever they did wrong is NOT support! It is the opposite of support! As I said I understand you do not help with customization and that is ok. I get that we cannot expect much support from a plug like this in the WordPress site. Sorry I bothered you.

    JohnStaples,

Sorry for the inconvenience. We just want to convey, it seems like that you did few modifications in SJB plugin and these modifications are not compatible with flow of job submission. That’s why form is not submitting.

Please first understand SJB code structure and then customize it. So that your code does not altered the default behavior of job submission.

Thank you. Let us know if we can help you further in any way.

    Regards,
    PressTigers
