    Hello,

I upgraded the plugin to include Tracking (I purchased the Apply Online Tracker add-on).

When I try to create an account as an AOL Applicant (I use my personal email address), a couple things happen:

    1. I don’t receive an email in my personal Email telling me about my new account
    2. When I log in using my admin account (my work account), the user account I tried to create appears under Users, but it is given the “Administrator” role instead of “AOL Applicant”.

In other words, when a future applicant wants to create an account, they should receive an email with their login credentials, but currently that is not the case. Additionally, that future applicant should be given an AOL Applicant role, not an Administrator role.

These are obviously big problems. Can someone please help me fix this?

    Hi Kentnerd

We have tested plugin again & could not find issues you are facing on your website. Also, whenever someone creates account on your website to apply on an ad, he/she is assigned subscriber user role but not an Administrator user role. You might be doing it wrong, we have also received your email. As this ticket is about a paid extension & not for this free plugin so we are closing this here & continuing through the email you wrote to us.

    Best Regards
