• I get a notification error that my application is not approved and I must try again in 90 days. What application? I am using an existing PayPal account and trying to use the ‘Connect to PayPal’ feature.

    Unfortunately had to revert back to PayPal standard to get it to work.

    Thanks for leaving feedback and apologies for getting back to you just now.

    If you connect your account from a supported region, then PayPal automatically launches the onboarding flow to accept advanced credit and debit card payments: https://www.paypal.com/bizsignup/#/checkAccount
    This features requires a vetting process from PayPal and if your account is not accepted, then the PayPal merchant support would be in a better position to look into why your application would be rejected.
    It is an optional feature though and you can still connect your regular business account as described here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/connect-a-paypal-account/
    To make this more intuitive, we are revamping the onboarding section so it is more clear what the opt-in would be for and how it can be skipped.
