    Hope you’re well today ??

    Unfortunately this is not possible out of box with the current version of the plugin, something like this would have to be custom coded.

    Premium version does have “Profile Fields” add on that allows you to add few other fields in the registration form but this includes those fields in the registration form so it would be applied for all memberships.

    Since this is an interesting idea I’ll pass this on to our developer and if there is enough interest for something like this on WPMU DEV forum we will consider it for future development ??
