Application form fields error

    Hi

    I am getting an issue with the Application form fields. Currently Default Application Form Fields are blank.

    But on the website, I can see three fields, which are Name, Email & Attach Resume. I am not able the change these fields & also I am not able to add another field. I am trying to add another field, but nothing happens.

    I have tried to re-install this plugin, but still the same problem.

    Please help!

    We want to state to you that this works perfectly fine at our end, this might be caused due to conflict with one of your activated plugins or theme.

    We would suggest you please deactivate your plugins one by one or switch your theme and check if the issue is resolved.
