Application Form

I just purchased the Pro version mainly for the application form. My question is, Can I not add additional fields to the working application form? Basically build the form myself? I mean even if alot of the information from the non-working full application form was available would be great.

On the regular form application, there’s no employment status, employer, home owner drop down, etc
