Application Email/URL

I’m in the same boat. I’ve installed it, created the forms and selected the form name from the drop down within the job manager settings. However it doesn’t display the form when you click Apply For Job, only the email option.

What am I missing? It’s a custom theme I created, do I need to add anything to functions.php?

Or you could download the Jobify theme as see how we have managed to make it work.

I have the same problem, that I did everything like in the tutorial and in the faqs and I will not get the form, only the E-mail.
