  • Hi, Everything was fine, and suddenly faced an “Unable to get results” issue and it says “Application does not have permission for this action”

    I removed the account and re-connect the account but still issues there. Please help me.

  • Hey – we are getting the same thing on a client website. Expiration is good on token and feed. I removed and re-added account and getting fresh expiration but still this with good password on the account.
    I also tried recreating a new feed and same unable to get results.

    We’re really sorry about this issue; We’re having issues with our app permissions which will be fixed soon. For now, you can choose to change to a business account if you have one or enable your account as a business account to fix your issues.

    Hey, I am also using the Social Feed Gallery for my Instagram and created a business account for the same. It was working fine but now I am getting this error message “Unable to get results
    (#10) Application does not have permission for this action”. Can anyone please suggest to me how to resolve this as it is occurring on the live site and is important for me to resolve it on priority.

    We were having the same problem. Quadlayers would fix and then it broke again. We even paid them for the purchase version thinking that might help keep the feed up and running.

    I gave up and we switched to a different plugin that has so far, knock on wood, stayed live with no issues. Just as good a plugin as this one and maybe even better.

    I wasnt happy with the response when I reached out to Quadlayers having been told we get better support with the paid version. There is this known issue for the past 6 weeks and they said for me to look at my other plugins for issues. I would have been happier and had more faith had they admitted there is an issue and they were working in it.
