    Hello,

I am struggling a lot setting up the express payments in the product page with ApplePay and GPay. It shows me “Invalid Shipping Address” or “Update Shipping Address” no matter which address I choose.

Do you have any suggestion why this may be happening?
I’ve tried to trace it but unsuccessfully.

    Thanks and regards,

    Jorge

    Hi @jorrgett

It looks like your shop is setup to only ship to addresses in Spain (ES). On your checkout page, when entering a Spanish address, often times the shipping options would not show. I was able to get the shipping options to show on your checkout page using the following made up address:

    Cruce Casa de Postas 17
    18310, Salar Granada Spain

Are you using a plugin for your shipping options or just the standard WooCommerce shipping configurations?

    Kind Regards

    Hi @mrclayton

That’s correct, currently I only ship to Spain. Checkout normally works well, shipping options appear after you set the “Province”.

I use the woocommerce options + plugin Flexible Shipping. Do you think issue could be over there?
I think there must be something wrong when parsing the data through the express payment. When I enter the same address that I have in Apple Pay in the checkout it does work perfectly.

Yes, in my experience certain shipping plugins will only calculate the shipping options correctly if the request is coming from the checkout page. If the request is coming from a payment method like Apple Pay on your product or cart page, the shipping plugin won’t calculate the shipping options.

Is that shipping plugin a premium plugin or free? If it’s a premium plugin, can you create a support ticket here?

    Kind Regards
