    Hey Guys,

I am getting some errors for the following files (I think they don’t exist):

    apple-touch-icon.png
    apple-touch-icon-precomposed.png
    apple-touch-icon-120×120.png
    apple-touch-icon-120×120-precomposed.png
    favicon.ico

Is there a way to generate them via this plugin and have it setup for the site? I found the error in the logs via 404 speed up helper plugin of the WP-Rocket team (same team I guess).

    Thanks for your help

    Hi @dyin

In general when you upload an image on WordPress then they are creating automatically the thumbnail sizes of this image that come from WordPress, your theme and any other plugins that might need to create thumbnail sizes.

You can find them through Settings > Imagify to the “Files optimization” section. With Imagify you can only optimize the thumbnail sizes of an image if they are selected, it is not possible to generate them.

Did you double-check if the images exist on your server? Can you clarify what is the error you receive when trying to optimize the images through Media Library(List View)?

    Best Regards,

    Ioanna
