Apple Shipping Method Issue

Hi, I recently installed this plugin and purchased several of your premium plugins for DPD… everything was setup and working perfectly with the minimum of fuss… at least that is until a customer noticed an issue with Apple Pay not selecting the shipping methods and always defaulting to just one shipping method with no other choices (despite them all showing in the checkout).
We carried out the usual debugging, contacted Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce by Payment Plugins (which is used on the site) developers to check that there was no issues there end.
Anyway to cut a long story short we found that the problem is that Apple Pay via this plugin has a problem with the flexible shipping methods which are selected for your plugin… the moment we switch them off and add flat rate, free shipping, pickup etc, Apple Pay works perfectly again.
Is this something that you guys can look into?… the Payments Plugin is popular plugin with over 90,000 installs… or is there another plugin that will work with Apple Pay that you recommend (not that’s my ideal solution as I don’t obviously want to change something that has always worked).
