Apple Pay showing on “View Basket” page but NOT the Checkout page

Thanks for the question. By default the payment requests button (Apple Pay, Google Pay) doesn’t show at checkout. This can be enabled though with a code snippet as our docs outline here. I hope this helps so far, let us know if you’ve got further questions. Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me. Yep I managed to add the code to my php file. The apple pay option showed fine, however when I went to pay via this method, I received a “payment failed” error, any ideas why?

Could ensure debug logs are enabled for Stripe (Instruction on Step 15 in this documentation) and try another purchase the same way so that we can generate logs. Could you share the logs with us so that we can review the log and help you further with the Payment failed error.
