Hi @jjnalu,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I am sorry to hear you are having trouble getting Apple Pay and Google Pay to work using the Stripe plugin.
I had a look at https://stokedforlife.org and it looks like you may have disabled the Apple Pay/Google Pay buttons. I do not see the buttons on your cart page or checkout page but do see that Stripe is active on the checkout page.
Could you please let us know if you have disabled the Apple Pay/Google Pay buttons?
I do see that you are using the WooCommerce Germanized Pro plugin to create your site’s multi-step checkout and that your theme has modified quite a bit of the cart page.
The kind of problem you are facing is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine if you have a conflict is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
