    Hello,

    I have a problem with woocommerce payments and apple pay provided there.

    I can see apple pay button on checkout, but when it is used, native apple pay overlay and faceid and all the stuff is triggered right, but the payment always fails due to:

    “Please accept the privacy checkbox”

    It does not matter if it is accepted at the end of checkout, the message is the same. Moreover if using apple pay on cart or product page, the message is the same and payment is not finishing.

    How is this supposed to work? Any hint to finally get apple pay through woocommerce payments working?

    Hi @e-crespo !

    Can you please temporarily deactivate the WooCommere Terms and Conditions checkbox on the WooCommerce Checkout and try a test purchase using Apple Pay?

    You can do that by heading to WooCommerce > Settings > Advcanced > Page Setup and leaving Terms and conditions empty.

    Hello!

    I did that but I still get the “Please accept the privacy checkbox”.

    I tried using Stripe payment as well, but error is the same as with WooCommerce Payments.

    Any other hint?

    I have managed to fix it.

    There was a conflict with one GDPR plugins. As an advice if someone faces this issue, careful with any other checkbox that those plugins usual add to checkout process. Get rid of those or probably forget about apple pay working as expected.
