    We seem to be having some issues with Apple Pay I hope you can help with.

    When a customer places an order, the payemnt is received in Stripe, but it looks like the customer isn’t being directed to the thanks page so the order doesn’t move to the processing status.

    The order then gets cancelled with the following note in the order…

    Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.

    Wondering if you can advise how I trouble shoot this issue.

    Hi @aaronbennett2097

    Usually that issue is related to a 3rd party plugin triggering an error during the payment complete process. That’s when things like emails are sent out. The error prevents the order’s status from being updated so it remains pending and then ultimately cancelled after the timeout.

    Take a look in your Woocommerce – Status – Logs page and see if an exception is logged.
