    Hi @bukers,

Have you checked this option on WooCommerce >> settings >> checkout >> stripe:

    https://cld.wthms.co/aQ27Fd

Can you also confirm if you have done the required applepay setup as per this tutorial?

    Cheers!

Thank you for following up. We did follow the instruction, as we always do in setting up things. It’s some js not able to load. We have changed to another plugin and it started to work instantly. We added this support thread almost three days ago before your reply anyway.

    Hi @bukers,

    I am suspecting a theme/plugin conflict.
This may be a plugin or theme conflict. You could attempt to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce/stripe and switch to the default Twenty Seventeen theme to check if the behaviour persists. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
    ?
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site

    Cheers!

    Hi @bukers,

Just an update with the most recent version that Apple Pay has been taken out and replaced with “Payment Request”. This covers Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Google Pay. If you don’t have Apple Pay, fear not, you can still use it ,

    Cheers!

I have the same problem. The apple pay button is not showing. I have high end theme via Stripe payment gateway. I follow the instructions and all, but still not showing. I disabled all the plug-ins beside woocommerce and woocommerce stripe extension, and switch to all the other themes. The problem still persist, please someone help. Thank you Kindly.

@trod – I am seeing the Apple Pay on your site. https://cld.wthms.co/NJHGJq

Note you need to use Safari browser and have Apple Pay setup on your system to have it show.

    O I see. Thank you @royho!!!

I am having this issue too. The buttons show up in private browsing and incognito but not in normal browsing.

Have a ticket open but not going very well so far ??

I had to pay Apple £79 to go through the suggest fix, was that necessary as I use Stripe?

I am having the same issue of appe pay not shwowing in normal mode. Its shows up in incognito mode on safari.

Does this got something to do with php compatibility.? Like php 7.2.? Is the plugin comparible with php 7.2.?

I’m having the same issue, the apple pay button is ONLY showing in private browsing on safari on my Mac, it’s not showing on the regular safari browser.
I disabled all the plugins and kept woocommerce + woocommerce stripe plugin, also i used the default theme that is coming with wordpress Twenty Seventeen
Is there anyone reading these comments?

I have the same problem. It won’t show up in regular browser, only private browsing. There is no conflict with the theme or any of the other plugins, this is frustrating. I see many people have had this issue, but there is no clear cut response on how anyone solved it.

    I’m seeing this, as well.

I think it’s just a caching issue, since private Safari doesn’t have the same cache and it works there.

Hopefully that’s the case, but only time will tell.

If someone finds differently, I’d love to hear more about how you fixed the issue on your site.

    Hi there!

You’ll all need to confirm you have setup Apple Pay within Stripe as shown here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-6

If you still have troubles, then it’s likely a result of the Stripe account or the keys added to the site under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe. Either way, the issue isn’t with the plugin but rather how Apple Pay is or isn’t setup in Stripe.

My issue was resolved by contacting my hosting company and changing my url from https://wwww.example.com to https://example.com. Removing the www erased all of my problems.

    @john @coy

    Didn’t shown

    apple terms & service

in my stripe dashboard. what should i do..? i cann’t verify apple pay. plz. help me.

    Thanks
