    Hey there,

I’m having issues with Apple Pay(express checkout) on my website on Stripe test mode. Can someone help me to configure this feature as it doesn’t work on my end – keeps loading(processing) and it says “shipping address invalid”. What address I have to use on my Apple account in order to make a test purchase? Thank you in advance!

  • Hello,

In order to assist you further, please provide the following:

Please send us a screenshot of the issue, you can send it via https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > stripe > settings > advanced settings > Log error messages. Make sure the debug mode is on and save the settings.

Is the order being created? It looks like not, but please clarify.

Please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

And please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any), be sure to redact any sensitive information (names, address, emails, etc).

    Hey again,

Here’s a screenshot of the error:

I just checked on the Stripe demo website and it works as it should!

    Here’s the system report:

Here’s the log file but without any fatal errors:

Please note that I have enabled the new “New checkout experience” feature and now I’m not getting any errors with the Apple Pay on the checkout page, but still can’t make a purchase. Please check on your end:
    https://dorcol.tk/
The website is on test mode so don’t worry about further transactions!

    So in the single product:
    https://dorcol.tk/product/libero-x150/
I’m getting an error and can’t proceed with the purchase.

In the checkout I’m not getting errors but still can’t proceed with the purchase.

    Please kindly advice!

    Hello,

    Thanks for sending the info.

I found something that brought my attention and it is the amount:

Create payment intent error: Amount must convert to at least 50 cents. 0.05 лв converts to approximately €0.03.

Please check again using a higher amount, let us know if that works for you.

    Hey again,

I’m afraid it didn’t work – I changed the amount but still not accept my purchase.

Please check the screenshot below and the error me and my friend both getting. It says “The payment request button is not supported in Bulgaria because some required fields couldn’t be verified. Please proceed to the checkout page and try again. Billing state / Country is a required field. Shipping state / Country is a required field.”

Can you please tell me what this message could mean? My Wallet has a payment method with a home address in Bulgaria. Is this could be the probblem?

    Hello @zzlatevv,

I can see a similar report here. May I ask how is the zipcode formatted in your Apple Pay settings?

Look forward to hearing back from you.

May I ask you where exactly I need to check how the zipcode is formated? Thank you.

From your Apple pay settings, when test ordering the address should be rendered in the prompt. If not, you can check this guide from Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-sg/HT209228

Also, if you have a specific shipping zone for Bulgari from WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping Zone then please attach a screenshot of its settings as well so we can try replicating the problem.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Actually, it worked when I changed my billing address from Bulgaria to Spain. I have added Europe as a shipping zone and Bulgaria is in Europe. Also, I’m pretty sure that Apple pay supports Bulgaria. How can we fix this? Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

I was checking the report on GitHub shared previously by @babylon1999, as well as this one, and I understand you are receiving this error.

To help you investigate, can you navigate to Wp-Admin > WooCommerce > settings > shipping > Shipping zones, and provide us a screenshot of the shipping zones, please?

We’ll look forward to hearing from you soon.
