Hi there @miniminimini, thanks for reaching out!

Just to understand the issue further, was the Apple Pay button showing on your site before? Also, do you remember making any changes before the issue started, such as updating or installing new plugin(s)?

    Hi @miniminimini,

Apple Pay requires some additional configuration. Please follow our detailed guide here: https://woo.com/document/stripe/setup-and-configuration/express-checkouts/#apple-pay-requirements

Also, please note that Apple Pay is designed to work primarily on Apple devices, which includes iPhones, iPads, and Macs with Safari browser. On Windows PCs, the option to pay with Apple Pay might not appear due to the limitations of the operating system and browsers.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi there @miniminimini ??

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.

I went ahead with testing the site at https://integralbiotics.com/, and it appears that Apple Pay is available in both the Cart (screenshot linked here) and Checkout pages (screenshot linked here), in Private Mode.

When visiting normally, without Private Mode, it did not. (screenshot linked here, for reference)

This issue is addressed in the document linked here, for your convenience.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.
