Apple Pay is not working

    Hi,

    Recently I’ve enabled the digital wallets for our website. Google Pay is working fine but Apple Pay isn’t showing up on the cart or checkout page. The Apple Pay has verified our domain but still, it is not showing up.

    Can you please check the issue? I’ve created a clone site and then revert it back to the default theme but the issue was still there. I think it is the issue with the plugin.

    You need to add few products first to the cart and then the Apple Pay should be visible on the Cart & Checkout page like Google Pay but it is not visible.

    I’ve checked it using apple pay supported devices but it is the same.

    I am able to see the Apple Pay button on your cart and checkout pages, it is configured correctly.

    I was able to see it on the cart page and checkout using Safari browser, here’s a reference screenshot: https://d.pr/i/wcrWb6

    Is this occurring with all of your products? Or only on products that have variations?

    Please do keep in mind that in order to see it, you have to have a payment method enabled with Apple Pay, and be viewing your site on either Safari or an IOS device.

    Oh yeah, it’s working on my friend’s iPhone. I guess I don’t have the Apple Pay enabled for Safari. Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

    I’ve asked my friend to check the Apple Pay option but he says when I press on the apple pay button and it gets confirmed but then it redirects him to the checkout page and nothing happens. The order is not done.

    Why is it doing that?

    The payment is not deducted from his account.

    That is unexpected. Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
