    Hi @chrisostomosge

Can you please share a link to a product page where you have Apple Pay enabled?

I don’t see where you currently have it enabled which makes troubleshooting your site difficult.

    Did this just start happening?

    Thanks

@chrisostomosge I was able to locate a page where you have Apple Pay enabled. Do you have shipping options configured for Greece? Your checkout page shows one shipping option only.

Do you have some setting or code on your site that restricts shipping or prevents shipping calculations unless the customer is on the checkout page?

    Thanks

Hello, yes the problem is the shipping cost and I find that the conflict is between your plugin and Weight based shipping plugin, any idea ?

The problem is that apple pay can’t see the shiping zones of states

Actualy I disable Weight based plugin and the problem remains, if I insert in shipping zones only country works but if I insert Country and State (ex. Crete-Greece) in shipping zone it doesn’t

    Hi @chrisostomosge

Usually the shipping functionality works just fine. But, there are some plugins and code on sites for example that restricts the WooCommerce shipping option calculation if the request is not coming from the checkout page. That can interfere with the shipping methods that are presented to Apple Pay.

This plugin uses all of the standard WooCommerce functionality to calculate shipping.

When you enter the state value in the Apple Wallet, are you entering the abbreviation or the full name? In WooCommerce, states and countries are usually a 2 digit abbreviation.

    Kind Regards,
