Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to test with temporarily changing the active theme on the site, to Storefront theme (linked here), for example, and see how it goes, or otherwise?

Additionally, I’d recommend taking a look at this documentation section, if the chance to do so did not appear already.

Thanks for the update!

I have gone to your site and see what you mean, as neither the Google Pay (Chrome) or Apple Pay (Safari) button are being displayed on the respective browsers.

As a next step, can you please navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Stripe (click manage) → Payment methods, and scroll down to the “Express checkouts” section.

Next, click “Customize” next to Apple Pay / Google Pay:

On the “Customize express checkouts” page, please can you double-check that “Enable Apple Pay / Google Pay” is checked, and that the following checkboxes are checked for the “Show express checkouts on” option:

• Checkout
• Product page
• Cart

If these are already enabled, please can you uncheck these, and save the changes. Next, go ahead and check these again, save the changes and see if this resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, can you please share the following so that we can take a closer look:

• System Status Report:?you can find this via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
• Fatal Error Log:?Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
• Screenshot(s): Please share a clear screenshot of both the the “Express checkouts” section as well as the “Customize express checkouts” page.

If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed, Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots.
