    Hello,

I have a German online shop and in this shop Apple Pay and Google Pay are displayed in the shopping cart. We have copied this shop and translated it into English, on a new domain.

The new domain has been reconnected to Stripe. The settings are all the same. The domain has also been verified on Stripe. I also deactivated the domain and re-verified it.

I deleted and reinstalled the Stripe plugin.

I changed the theme to a standard theme and it didn’t help.

I deactivated all plugins except woocommerce and stripe plugin and it didn’t help.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are not displayed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I also installed other Stripe plugins and Apple Pay and Google Pay don’t appear either.

    Hi @uni24,

Thanks for the detailed explanation. Could you also share the link to the original site you copied from? Additionally, please provide screenshots of your Express Checkout settings by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Payment Methods, then scrolling down to the Express Checkouts section.

Also, share the system status report for both sites using Pastebin. You can find the report under WooCommerce > Status > Get Report > Copy for Support.

      Hi @uni24,

Thank you for sharing the details. I’ve reviewed the reports and checked both sites, and it seems that the Express checkout button is missing on both, indicating that the issue affects both sites.

I noticed that you have a significant number of plugins installed, with some active on Site A but not present on Site B, and vice versa.

First, please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Log on https://plan7architect.com/ and check for any fatal errors or any logs related to the Stripe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce. If you find any, kindly share them using Pastebin.

To further troubleshoot, you’ll need to create a staging site from your live site. You can set it up on a subdomain, then switch the theme to Twenty Twenty-Five on plan7architect.com. Next, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway. Finally, share the link to the staging site along with the status report of the staging site for further check.

Hello, I already said that the express checkout works on the German website. I also have customers who pay via Apple Pay. On the German site, Apple Pay is only activated in the shopping cart and nowhere else. I also said that I deactivated all plugins except Woocommorce and Stripe and the buttons still didn’t appear. I also activated the normal theme and still they weren’t there.

      Hi @uni24,

I understand that you’ve already taken those steps, but we’d like to conduct a thorough check on our end as well. Please create a staging site, follow the instructions provided earlier, and share both the link to the staging site and the updated system status report from the staging environment. This will help us investigate the issue more effectively.
