I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with Apple Pay and Google Pay express checkout buttons not appearing on some of our domains integrated with Stripe and WooCommerce. Despite following troubleshooting steps provided by both Stripe and WooCommerce support, the issue persists. Here is an overview of the situation and actions taken so far.
- Domains affected: (All settings are same, but some of our domains work and others have issues)
- Non-functioning(not showing apple pay & google pay):?

- Functioning correctly(Applepay & Google pay working normal) :?

- Current functionality:
- Link and manual card entry payments work perfectly on all domains.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay express checkout buttons do not appear on the non-functioning domains, even on verified devices.
Actions Already Taken:
- Domain Verification in stripe (payment method domains listing)
- Verified domains through the Apple Pay process by placing the verification file on the servers.
- Plugin Reinstallation:
- Deleted and reinstalled the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin.
- Server Configuration:
- Verified that settings across all six domains are identical.
- Plugin Conflict Check: Done
Both Stripe and WooCommerce technical teams have referred me to each other, stating that the issue lies outside their respective scopes.
I would greatly appreciate your expertise in identifying further troubleshooting steps or diagnosing potential root causes. Specifically:
- Are there additional server-side configurations or checks I should perform to resolve this issue?
- Could this be related to specific SSL certificate settings or DNS configurations unique to the non-functioning domains?
