    Hello @eazyproo

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

We are very happy that you are motivated to start testing the new features, but I will have to ask you to wait a little bit longer for this to become available. In order to test the Apple & Google Pay features, you will need to use a code snippet to enable it on the plugin side (since it’s turned off by default).

The next update with the feature preview (beta test) for Apple Pay and Google Pay will be released next week. By then, there will be documentation on how to test it. This documentation will most likely be available in our GitHub page in the section for beta testing. Later on, when these features are passed the testing phase, there will also be items added about this in the official PayPal Payments documentation.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello @eazyproo

These type of restrictions are put in place by PayPal, you could reach out to PayPal Merchant Support and ask them for the reasoning on this. However, I just found out that they have extended Apple Pay and Google Pay to UK & CA in early October, so this should not be an issue for you any longer.

I am guessing the reason for these restrictions is to have a controlled region for verifying the functions and seeing if there will not be any issue on live environments (with a bigger amount of people testing it).

Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Thanks for your respone i see now UK merchants are supported.

When i tried to enable google pay as you said on your Github that we need to install the plugin to enable Gpay and Apple pay so when do that i followed everything also i reconnceted my account and checked the Gpay integration application so when did that and conncted my account again then i checked Gpay and activated it, so once this all done and saved changes im unable to see Gpay at all on the full website, the only thing that appear is PayPal and Advanced Credit cards, however i enabled the Gpay and reconnceted the account and made sure i checked the Gpay integration before reconnect.

    Kindly help to enable it.

    Hello @eazyproo

I have not tested this feature out myself, so it is hard to give you any straight answers on this subject. We are still in a testing phase, so the situation can differ much per user case and will develop over time.

At this moment, I would advise you to open a private engagement with us, so we can exchange details more easily and help you out quicker and does not constrict us to the .org rules. This will help us collaborate and make it easier for us to involve developers to take a look at the situation.

Let me know if that is ok with you to continue like that.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
