Apple Pay button not showing

Hi!

I am working on my client’s website and she says that she can’t see the Apple Pay button on her phone. On our end we can see it just fine. We really can’t find what would be the reason for that. Any idea?

My client tested the checkout with:
Iphone 12 IOS 14.7.1 (her phone)
Iphone 8 IOS 15.6.1
Iphone 11 IOS 8
Iphone 11 IOS 15.6.1
All of them used safari as the browser
