Before we confirm that though, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

You are right! I set up a dummy site and used a single product and it is showing.

We use a competitions product rather than single product, so still none the wiser how to get it working on the competitions product.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Apple Pay should appear using the Safari browser and supported Apple devices, it will not appear in browsers like Chrome or Firefox. Can you please check again using a compatible browser and device? Here is the list of compatible devices.

Moreover, you’ll need to set up a valid card in your Apple Wallet that way it will be shown, can you please recheck a card is added in your Apple Wallet settings?

If that does not work, please try the following steps:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Square for WooCommerce
• Add a product to the cart and checkout, check if the Apple Pay button is visible

At this point check if the issue is still present, if not, it means there was a conflict and you can reactivate the theme and plugins gradually one by one and check again after each reactivation until the cause of the problem is found. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

We use a competitions product rather than single product, so still none the wiser how to get it working on the competitions product.

I understand you have a custom product type “Competition” where the Apple Pay button is not showing. However the button works on other regular product types, right?

I believe this custom product type is added by one of your active plugins (probably “WooCommerce Lottery: by wpgenie”).

In that case, we can’t say for sure what exact changes you need to make on that product type or plugin to allow Apple Pay to work. Our support policy doesn’t allow us to investigate compatibility issues with third-party plugins.

I recommend getting in touch with the developers of the plugin that created the “competition” product type to get help on making sure their product support Apple Pay enabled by the Square extension.
