  • Hi,

Can you provide us with a link to your checkout page? I am asking because I have configured Google Play on my browser, so that I can test it.

For the Express checkout to be visible on your site, the customer needs to configure the payment method on their browser, and they will need to access your site from a compatible device.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Sure, please find the link below:

On my end(as a client), I have configured everything set up and running. As proof, I can see the Google Pay express checkout button in the Stripe Payments Demo store. Please find the screenshot below:

On my website, unfortunately, I can’t see these express checkout buttons on the checkout page, but only on the cart page and on a single product.

Thank you so much for your time, I appreciate it!

    Hello @zzlatevv,

On my website, unfortunately, I can’t see these express checkout buttons on the checkout page, but only on the cart page and on a single product.

In the plugin’s settings, there’s an option to hide the button on certain pages.

You can find this in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Manage > Express checkout.

Let us know how it goes!

I’m sorry, but are you kidding me? In the first post I have added a screenshot of my settings and the buttons aren’t hidden.

My apologies, I didn’t check the first screenshot.

I tried to simulate a purchase and the Apple Pay button is rendering but there’s 1px width CSS rule applied.

Have you tried switching to the Storefront theme temporarily?

If that doesn’t work, then please attach your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hey again,

I added the new checkout experience and now Apple Pay/Google Pay appear as payment method on checkout, but I can’t proceed with the purchase. Can you please check this?

You can mark this thread as resolved. Thank so much for your time!

Please note that the issue with the missing buttons on checkout, a single product appears on Astra theme. You maybe want to look at this.

    Hi,

You can mark this thread as resolved. Thank so much for your time!

Please note that the issue with the missing buttons on checkout, a single product appears on Astra theme. You maybe want to look at this.

That sounds like the site was tested with another theme. You will want to reach out to your theme support to get more information. I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Best.
