    Hi there,

when our customers pay with Apple Pay, VAT is not calculated for shipping. We have a flat fee for shipping (based on the delivery country). The fee is calculated correctly but VAT is missing (which is also calculated based on the delivery country). The VAT for the product itself is calculated correctly.

The tax settings are correct since this error only appears when our customers pay with Apple Pay (when they pay with credit card, everything is calculated correctly).

Any advice on how to solve this?

    Thank you!

    Hi @psorn,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I’ve just tested this out on my own site and was unable to reproduce. The shipping appears taxed as well as the product.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:
    – Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    – Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`

Once you’ve found which plugin is causing the problem, the plugin support team should be able to assist further.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
