    Hello @mikeexx

From what I can see, the validation file is properly placed on your host, so everything should be in order there: https://shadowlinelingerie.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association

It would be crucial to find out if the problem still occurs after disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments, and by switching to a default theme like Storefront.

Please let us know the results.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

    Hello Krystian,
    Thank you for the details.
I replace the issue from this staging site: https://woocommerce-1159263-4352498.cloudwaysapps.com/

Disabled all the plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payment.
I already use the theme Storefront, but the issue is still there.
I’m not sure if this issue is coming from your plugin.
For sure this is not the first time you have encountered this issue, what are your usual things to fix this besides disabling the plugin and switching from the default theme?
    Any recommendations to troubleshoot this?
    Thanks,

    Hi @mikeexx,

We are trying to see the issue from your site, but we could see the Apple Pay button. You are right, the last step to activate your Apple Pay is to click the Apple Pay button on your site.

However we did not see the above issue where you mention Apple Pay slides up for card details. Can you confirm this?

    Hello Syde,
I think my concern is confusing you.
My main concern here is that when I click the Apple Pay button on the website the Apple Pay payment sheet automatically close after 1s.
We badly need this feature ASAP as some of our clients use this for ordering products from our website.

I removed the domain registration and re-connect it earlier from our live website. Then at the same time delete the custom code of the site.
Could you please try again to check the website if the apple pay will works now?
    Sample from this page: https://shadowlinelingerie.com/product/sleepwear/nightgowns/shadowline-satin-touch-satin-nylon-flutter-sleeve-short-nightgown

If not, is there anything you can recommend to me to fix this issue ASAP?

    Thank you!

In my experience, this plugin’s Apple Pay does not work. It will just result in Payment Failed no matter what. The plugin author suggested contacting PayPal Technical Support and I did, but never got a reply. I hope the next update they will address it. They can’t even confirm (or deny) if Apple Pay works on their end.
