    Hi there,

The payment request buttons are not showing on the single product page and the checkout page. The credit card (Stripe) button shows right on the checkout page.

    WordPress 5.8
    Theme Twenty Twenty 1.8
    WooCommerce 5.6.0
    WooCommerce Stripe Gateway 5.3.0
    Siteground

There is the same issue on my other website, so I created this new website for testing.

    Thank you

    Hi @daudau,

Viewing your website today on an iOS or MacOS device using the Safari web browser the ApplePay button is displaying on your sites single product pages.

Google Pay is also displaying when viewing the products using the Google Chrome web browser.

By default, the payment request buttons won’t however display on a sites checkout page. To have those payment request buttons display on a checkout page you’ll need to add this code snippet to a site.

The payment request buttons are still not showing on the single product page. Is it also display on the cart page?
I tested on 10+ iOS and 1 MacOS device using the Safari web browser, and 2 win 10 desktops using Chrome, Edge and Firefox in different areas in Hong Kong.
    Thanks

    Hi @daudau,

When you visit https://stripe-payments-demo.appspot.com/, are you able to see any of the payment buttons? That site is from Stripe and is used to test for devices compatibility.

When I checked your website’s cart page on Chrome, I was able to see the Google Pay button as shown in this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/IuC8A6, and it is also working on your single product pages.

Hi @daudau. I’m also able to see the payment request buttons when I go to your site. This is what it looks like for me using Chrome on Mac OS X.

You mentioned that you’re accessing the site from Hong Kong. Do you have any geographic restrictions set on your site or in your Stripe account that could be at play here?

Alternatively, do you have access to a VPN service or proxy that would allow you to access your site as if you were in the US? I’m wondering if the geographic location is at play here somehow.

If not, we can try something else.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I have not set any geographic restrictions on the site and Stripe account. Actually, I don’t know how to set geographic restrictions.

I have not accessed any VPN services or proxy.

    Thanks

    Hi @daudau,

Thank you for the additional details. I think at this point it would be best to go ahead and get a ticket submitted. It might be helpful for us to get a temporary admin account, which we can do securely via a ticket.

Please do so at the link below and include a link to this forum thread. Once we have this, we will be able to investigate further and do some additional troubleshooting together.
