    I installed and setup as per docs but won’t able to see the apple pay button on the website. as well as ACH is having an error on console-

    Error: “you are not authorized to create items in this API environment. Go to the Dashboard (https://dashboard.plaid.com) to see which environments you are authorized for. Request ID: Ln94hxsaQOIVUZH”

    I did create an account on plaid, have development path enabled, do I need to select production path?

    Hi @anand_jodawat,

    Regarding ACH, you need to enable the Sandbox environment. Right now our plugin supports Sandbox and Production but not the development environment.

    For Apple Pay, make sure you are testing with an iOS device and you have a payment method in your Wallet. I also recommend using the private browser mode in safari when testing.

    Thanks for the quickest reply!

    Ah, their production plan is $500+/mon. why don’t you support ACH with normal banking details?

    I don’t have an ios device. so the question is- Apply pay button won’t display in windows browser?

    Apple Pay is a product of Apple and thus works on safari browsers. You won’t see Apple Pay on a windows device.

    Can you clarify what you mean by why don’t you support ACH with normal banking details? The plugins ACH integration current supports Plaids sandbox and production mode. Production mode is normal ACH banking details.

    Yes, I tried on mac machine on the safari browser but the apple pay button not showing anywhere. I configured Apple Pay on my stripe account payment settings section already.

    I am talking about ACH with Stripe, not with Plaid. ACH stripe free to use, no payment plan required. I am not able to screenshot here otherwise I would have added a screenshot here regarding how the form looks (they required to input back account number and routing number etc).

    @anand_jodawat,

    Please provide your website url and I will look at your Apple Pay integration.

    We integrate with Plaid via Stripe because they provide real-time bank payments. The direct integration with Stripe requires a 2 to 3 day process in which the customer receives micro deposits in their account then they confirm those amounts. Only then can the bank account be used. That’s not ideal for an eCommerce store where things are done in real time.

    @anand_jodawat,

    I can’t hide the link since it’s part of a post you created. I checked your site and Apple Pay is showing for me on the cart page as expected.

    Device: iPhone SE
    iOS version 13

    You can send an email to our support email if you want screenshots of it working on my device.

    Kind Regards,
