Apple icons WordPress

  • how can i add apple icons to my wordpress site to allow apple people to bookmark my page easy? i want to make 3 different size
    of apple icons

    72×72
    114×114

    i want to add this file to one folder of my ftp
    but where i have to go to add into theme? header.php , functions.php?
    i really dont know, please someone help me.
    i have to add as html??? if yes where?
