Hi, the problem is simple. Everything work correctly but when I tried to enable the payment through Apple pay or Google pay, I pay and the website doesn’t let me pay because it says that I have to fill all the informations required. I’m using also the plugin WooCommerce Checkout Manager by?QuadLayers
Let me know if someone has some informations that can help me.

    Thanks

Hello @edizionieufonia if I understand you correctly you’re using a 3rd party app called WooCommerce Checkout Manager and you’re running into issues with both Apple Pay and GPay.

For this, you’ll need to reach out to QuadLayers and ask them for support as we do not support 3rd party apps here in this forum per rules / guidelines.

Some fields are most likely required by both gateways and you have them hidden or off.

Hey there, @edizionieufonia! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

To confirm, if you disable WooCommerce Checkout Manager, does the express checkouts work correctly?

If they do, as mentioned, please reach out to the plugin’s support.
If they still don’t work, please let us know so we can assist you further.

    Have a wonderful day!

@carolm29 and @serafinnyc thank you for your reply. Yes the problem, as suggested, is the plugin because deactivating it I can proceed with the payment. So going to ask you this: I was using the plug in to ask informations (for example company name or VAT), if I modify the form adding what I need to ask (develping) it can work anyway? How I should collect the information that I need? Should send an email after or there is another way (maybe easier for my client)?

    Hi @edizionieufonia,

That’s a good question. Maybe these are details they can add as account fields in the My Account page? Something that is saved to their account / profile and not used when checking out with Apple Pay / Google Pay since neither seem to fully support custom fields currently.

You’re most welcome @edizionieufonia. I hope that can work out for your needs and keep Apple Pay & Google Pay happy at the same time. ??

Let us know if we can help any further, have a good day!
