    Hello,

    I can not seem to get Apple or Google Pay to function correctly since the updates over the last few months. After selecting Apple/Google Pay from the product page, the shipping address shows as “Shipping Address Invalid” – Apple Pay or “Sorry, No Shipping Options are available for the selected address.” – Google Pay.

    Apple Pay – this happens for any product or device
    Google Pay – this only happens for variable products

    I’ve deactivated all plugins. Tried other theme previews (the Apple/Google pay options don’t show when doing this though). Turned off UPS shipping and swapped for standard flat rate or free shipping options via woocommerce. No progress at all.

    Likewise, after a shipping address is selected via Apple/Google Pay the cart empties.

    When you tried different themes, did you actually switch your theme? Or did you just use the live preview option?

    Please make sure to test using the default Twenty Nineteen or Storefront theme and try actually switching the theme instead of simply doing the live preview.

    If when using either of the above themes, with all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe, the issue still occurs – we will need to take a deeper look at your site. At that point could you please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets? You may need to create an account. When opening the ticket, please make sure to select the Stripe plugin. We will be able to help you further there.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    I am experiencing the same issue. I have now spent dozens of hours on the phone with google, stripe, and working with devs to try to solve this. I see that the OP has disabled the Payment Request Button, I assume because she gave up – the issue is not resolved on the OP’s site. For me, the same “no shipping options are available” error is coming up in the google pay window (not on woo but in google pay). I assume that some data or authentication is not making it to google pay / apple pay, from Stripe or from woo. This issue started for me shortly after June 9th – i can guess between June 9th and June 15th. I have an ongoing support ticket with woo, attempting to resolve this. Disabling plugins themes is not the issue here. Can you please help?
