I’m testing out the cart and checkout blocks from WooCommerce, and while editing the pages I see this notice:

Some active extensions do not yet support this block. This may impact the shopper experience.

    • Apple Pay (Stripe) by Payment Plugins
    • Google Pay (Stripe) by Payment Plugins

When viewing the checkout page, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not available (either in express checkout or in the payment method section).

Is this a known issue or something specific to my site? If it is a known issue, are there plans to make these payment methods compatible with WooCommerce blocks? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

    Hi @foxylearning

Is this a known issue or something specific to my site? If it is a known issue, are there plans to make these payment methods compatible with WooCommerce blocks??

Our plugin has been compatible with WooCommerce Blocks for around 2 years now. That message is an internal issue with WooCommerce and we have notified WooCommerce:

    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/44712

Interestingly, that notice doesn’t show for the gateways coded by WooCommerce.

When viewing the checkout page, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not available (either in express checkout or in the payment method section).

Make sure you have enabled Express Checkout in the Apple Pay and GPay Payment Sections option. In addition, Apple Pay requires that you use the Safari browser and have a valid payment method in the Apple Wallet of your iOS device.

    Kind Regards
