    Hi,

    Some stripe transactions for apple pay and google pay are not picking up as a conversion on GA4 are there circumstances where when the payment is taken it does not go to the order received page

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I understand that you’re experiencing issues with some Stripe transactions for Apple Pay and Google Pay not being recorded as conversions on Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

    are there circumstances where when the payment is taken it does not go to the order received page

    The only circumstance that may lead to the customer not getting redirected to the order received page is if the payment process is not successful or is interrupted, which could potentially result in the transaction not being tracked as a conversion.
