    Hi there,

We ran into a similar issue today when helping another customer with another feed submit their podcast to Podcast Connect. I believe it’s a platform thing on their end. Looks like the image is there in your feed, correctly formatted and i don’t see any errors. Would just give Apple some time to work things out on their end.

Thanks for the prompt response. I have a message in with Apple as well, but predictably they are not as prompt in responding as you are! Thanks for all you do!

    Same issue here.

Please let us know if you hear anything from Apple. We’ve faced the issue ourselves as have many of our customers (and others in the industry). I know Apple is aware of the issues and are working to resolve them.

Yesterday I re-added our podcast to Apple, such that I had two drafts.

This morning, both the new one and the original were showing artwork.

I don’t know if I triggered anything, or if Apple finally fixed it, but it appears to be working now.

I was able to click “Submit for Review” and now the podcast is showing as “published,” though is not yet searchable in Apple podcasts.

@perfectword7 Hopefully it’s just a matter of time for Apple Podcasts to crawl your feed and make it available on the platform. Have you been able to find it since you’ve posted your response here?

Yes, it is now reachable at our Apple URL and findable through search on the platform. I believe you were correct that it was just a matter of time.

Unfortunately, our podcast is not displaying any episodes at its Apple URL. Just artwork, description and number of episodes (which is 3 right now).

If a user subscribes to the podcast, then they can see and play the episodes. Otherwise, it’s just a blank area where the episodes should be. Really strange. Have you ever seen this before?

I’m going to assume this is also a platform issue with Apple, and either it will eventually resolve on its own, or they will resolve it in response to the ticket I submitted.

Thanks for being so responsive and for a great plugin!

Same results here. Apple must have fixed something. Thanks!
